The National Church has lots of plans on the sidelines such as the following:
1. The doubling of its present capability in the form of doubling its number of workers ( Ordained ministers or laymen) and compiling more religious materials and documents and making these accessible to all members.
Remarks:
The National Church has already implemented some initial steps leading to this plan. Some of these are the setting up of Regional or District Elders Associations or conferences, National Laymen's Conference (NLC). National Minister's Wives Conference (NMWC), National Elders Conference(NEC), Organization's Special Workers (OSW's), and other committees. These are all designed to be the training ground of all the members for leadership and ministerial works. These groups will serve as pools of future workers for the National Church. Early involvement of these groups in the field-works will let the Regional and National Churches to focus on their more important evangelistic projects.
Another project being worked is the setting up of a mini library at the National Office.
Religious materials, documents, etc. that are useful for the ministerial activities are gathered and saved in cd's and were reproduced and distributed throughout the national Church.
The setting up of this website is another factor to make religious materials, documents, etc. accessible to all members and non members around the world. This site will be acting as the fastest, up to date and the most accessible agent of the National Church' materials and information.
2. The national Leadership would like to bring the gospel truths to the regions not yet reached such as Mindoro, other parts of Luzon, other parts of Visayas, and remote places within the country.
Remarks:
Financial aspect is the main problem of these plans. For many years that the national leadership cannot implement these plans in a wide scale due to budget shortages. Each of these operations require huge amount for the operating expenses alone. Also, some financial support must be extended to the families of the workers for their needs.
